On Thursday morning, an individual was apprehended following a vehicle collision with a security barrier outside a House of Representatives office building.
Pictures displayed a significantly damaged white sedan near the Rayburn Office Building, where law enforcement officers detained a person in the vicinity. This occurrence coincided with indicted Representative George Santos (R-NY) conducting a press conference preceding a discussion and vote on his potential expulsion from Congress.
