RNC Launches Bold Initiative to Safeguard Election Integrity

The Republican National Committee (RNC) has introduced a historic election integrity initiative, enlisting hundreds of thousands of volunteers and thousands of attorneys nationwide.

This significant effort, outlined in an exclusive memo obtained by the Daily Caller, seeks to guarantee fair and secure elections in November.

RNC Chairman Michael Whatley and Co-Chair Lara Trump received a confidential memo from Gineen Bresso, director of election integrity, and Josh Helton, senior advisor for election integrity.

The memo details the committee’s comprehensive efforts to protect the electoral process, reporting the recruitment of 219,712 volunteers, 5,077 attorneys, and the completion of 2,004 training sessions as of Monday.

The RNC’s strategy is built around three key pillars: a field program, a legal program, and a communications program.

According to the Daily Caller, the field program concentrates on recruiting and training poll watchers and workers in 18 strategically selected states. These states are classified into categories such as presidential battlegrounds, reach states, key Senate states, key congressional states, and those with congressional districts that have their own electoral votes.

“Our field program is designed to recruit and train poll watchers and recruit poll workers whom we then submit to relevant in-state credentialing authorities,” the memo states.

To support this ambitious initiative, the RNC has recruited over 115 paid staff members focused on volunteer training at the state level.

The legal program has filed an impressive 123 lawsuits across 26 states, with 82 of those cases in battleground areas.

The RNC has also built a team of full-time attorneys at its headquarters, collaborating with retained local counsel nationwide.

This strategy offers the committee a significant advantage by utilizing local expertise and knowledge of state-specific legal environments.

“We have engaged in 123 lawsuits in 26 states, 82 of which are in battleground states, designed to uphold basic election integrity safeguards and protect the system from Democrats devoted to creating election day chaos,” the memo asserts.

The communications program focuses on the “Protect The Vote Tour,” which has made over 20 stops across the country, generating considerable local media coverage.

The Daily Caller noted that Chairman Whatley and Co-Chair Trump have participated in a total of 446 interviews since early March, underscoring the significance of election integrity in key media markets throughout the U.S.

“The RNC’s election integrity efforts – both in the field and in the courtroom – are unprecedented,” the memo declares.

“As voting begins, we feel confident in our program’s ability to see, engage, and resolve issues that arise.”

Whatley and Trump voiced their confidence in the program’s ability to succeed in court and guarantee the presence of trained volunteers during the voting and counting processes.

They highlighted the program’s aim to provide fair, accurate, secure, and transparent elections, asserting that “the American people deserve nothing less.”

As the November elections approach, the unveiling of the RNC’s extensive election integrity operation raises questions about its potential influence on the electoral landscape.

With a substantial team of volunteers, attorneys, and staff members prepared, the Republican Party seems ready to examine every facet of the voting process, possibly paving the way for a highly contentious election season.
