“Revealed: Texts from Countersnipers Before Trump Shooting Uncover Startling Truth: ‘He Knows You’re Up There’”

Text messages from countersnipers assigned to protect Trump at a Pennsylvania rally reveal that they were aware of the would-be assassin’s presence more than 90 minutes before the shooting took place. This finding contradicts previous FBI statements and raises significant concerns about the security lapses that almost resulted in Trump’s assassination.

The assassination attempt on July 13, from which Trump narrowly escaped, has triggered a major investigation and led to the resignation of Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle. New revelations from text messages show that the gunman, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, was identified by security personnel much earlier than previously reported.

According to The New York Times (NYT), at around 4:26 PM, one of the three countersnipers on duty observed a suspicious individual, later identified as Crooks. He was seen sitting on a picnic table near their position. The countersniper notified his colleagues via text, saying, “Someone followed our lead and sneaked in and parked by our cars just so you know.”

“I’m just letting you know because you see me go out with my rifle and put it in my car so he knows you guys are up there.”

The message sent at 4:27 PM indicated that Crooks was located “about 50 yards from the exit” more than 90 minutes before he began shooting at Trump. This timeline directly contradicts the FBI’s initial statement that security was aware of Crooks only an hour before the shooting.

As the event continued, the other countersnipers kept track of Crooks’ movements. By 5:38 PM, one of them had taken several photos of the gunman and shared them with the team.

“Kid learning around building we are in,” read one message obtained by the NYT. “I did see him with a range finder looking towards stage.”

“FYI. If you wanna notify SS snipers to look out. I lost sight of him.”

Despite these warnings, Crooks was able to climb onto the roof of the American Glass Research building, from which he later fired the shots that grazed Trump’s ear and tragically killed retired volunteer fire chief Corey Comperatore.

The security lapses go beyond just the countersnipers’ observations.

In congressional testimony, FBI Director Christopher Wray disclosed that Crooks had flown a drone 200 yards from the stage just two hours before the shooting and had three explosives in his car. Wray also revealed that Crooks had researched Lee Harvey Oswald’s distance from John F. Kennedy during the 1963 assassination.

The investigation has shown that Crooks was at the rally site for at least three hours before firing, even raising suspicion from the Secret Service due to his possession of a rangefinder. Despite this, he was neither stopped nor questioned.

These revelations have increased scrutiny of the Secret Service’s handling of the situation leading up to the shooting. According to the Daily Mail, former Director Cheatle, who resigned after the incident, admitted that agents had been alerted two to five times about a “suspicious person” before Trump took the stage.

As the investigation proceeds, authorities have not yet identified or disclosed a clear motive for Crooks’ actions. With the nation reflecting on the gravity of this near-disaster, the call for answers and accountability intensifies.
