Laura Loomer and Trump Caught in a Scandalous Embrace

The far-right provocateur and the former president have been spending a surprising amount of time together. Meanwhile, where is Melania?

As Donald Trump continues his presidential campaign, Melania Trump has been noticeably absent. She missed his criminal trial in New York and made only a brief appearance on the final night of the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee this July.

When Trump arrived in Philadelphia for the presidential debate, Melania was nowhere to be found. Instead, Laura Loomer, a far-right provocateur and former Republican congressional candidate from Florida, was seen disembarking from Trump’s private jet. Loomer, who ran for the congressional seat in Florida’s 21st district—home to Mar-a-Lago—was later spotted backstage at the debate, in the spin room with Trump afterward, and accompanying him in New York City and Pennsylvania for September 11 memorial events.

Loomer, known for her extreme anti-immigrant and conspiracy-driven views, has faced bans from multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Venmo, PayPal, GoFundMe, and X (formerly Twitter), although Elon Musk reinstated her X account. Her controversial statements have led to criticism from various quarters, including fellow right-wing figures like Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Despite her radical views, Loomer has been spending significant time with Trump, prompting speculation about a possible romantic connection between them. Internet personality Mike Sington even highlighted a video showing the pair appearing quite close at Mar-a-Lago.

“This is why Trump is hanging out with Laura Loomer,” he wrote. “Watch them with their hands all over each other at Mar-a-Lago. Note: He’s married.

Another social media user compared the duo to Roman dictator Julius Caesar and his lover Cleopatra.

Journalist Aaron Rupar observed, “Loomer has been accompanying Trump throughout the week for reasons that are still unclear.”

Some are even creating a new portrait of Trump featuring his possible future first lady.
