Jack Smith Filing Exposes the Harris-Walz Campaign’s Desperation

Look at the calendar: we’re just a month away from Election Day. If the journey has felt bumpy so far, expect even more turbulence ahead.

Desperate campaigns often make their boldest moves in the final month, hoping for an October surprise that will shock opponents’ supporters into switching sides.

However, no one is caught off guard by Special Counsel Jack Smith’s recent filing regarding former President Donald Trump, which was unsealed by U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan on Wednesday.

The filing aims to establish that Trump lacks presidential immunity for his actions related to January 6. Despite multiple delays in the case, the timing is crucial; it needs to be relevant now, as it won’t hold weight after the election.

Similar to other politically charged cases against Trump, this is less about justice and more about undermining a political adversary.

Mr. Smith, your lengthy, partially redacted 165-page document isn’t fooling anyone.

The filing claims Trump made numerous false statements about election fraud and lists 19 assertions he allegedly made, including illegal drop boxes in Wisconsin, discrepancies in mail-in ballot counts in Pennsylvania, and instances of deceased individuals on voter rolls.

However, nothing in the filing indicates that Smith verified these allegations. It appears he dismissed them without proper investigation.

It would be more beneficial for Smith to seriously investigate the election integrity concerns raised since 2020, especially with 2024 approaching and similar issues already surfacing.

Many citizens have wanted someone in government to address these claims and either resolve the problems or confirm the security of election procedures.

It’s impossible to predict how many more attempts will be made to damage Trump’s reputation or life, or how many more schemes will emerge only to falter under scrutiny.

This is election interference. The Biden-Harris campaign and now the Harris-Walz campaign require distractions to deflect from their own shortcomings. High-level bureaucrats need this interference to maintain their positions and continue building their federal pensions.

In this moment, who can you trust if not the politicians, courts, or mainstream media?

Welcome to the most unsettling season in politics.
