Come January 20, it will be refreshing to no longer worry about what Joe Biden might say or do that could embarrass the nation or put us at risk.
Perhaps more concerning, however, has been the influence of the unelected group allegedly making decisions on his behalf. Over the past few years, we’ve witnessed numerous troubling actions, including Biden’s recent controversial move to eliminate the death penalty for 37 convicted murderers, some of whom committed heinous crimes against children.
Biden hasn’t been the only concern. Kamala Harris also struggled to make an impact during her time in office. Her communication was often marked by awkward word salads and inappropriate laughter, leaving many frustrated. Despite her lack of accomplishments, Harris exhibited an air of arrogance, exemplified by her comments and actions, such as demanding support from Teamsters while skipping out early on their roundtable discussion to avoid questions from rank-and-file members, as Teamsters president Sean O’Brien revealed.
After years of such leadership, it’s a welcome change to anticipate someone grounded and competent, like JD Vance. Vance recently showcased the kind of normalcy and authenticity we need when he shared a video of himself making Christmas biscuits with his three-year-old daughter, Mirabel. The left, including figures like Tim Walz, may have tried to portray him as “weird,” but there’s nothing odd about this wholesome moment. If anything, wildly gesticulating and fabricating stories about one’s background seems far more bizarre. How refreshing and heartening is this simple, family-oriented gesture?

Mirabel nearly stole the spotlight with her animated expressions as she watched her dad explain the biscuit-making process.
“Today we’re going to learn how to make biscuits because I feel like biscuit-making is a lost art. And I think that every American family should have a biscuit on their table during Christmas dinner,” Vance said.
Unlike Kamala, who was caught pretending to be a chef while wearing a new apron to sell the image, it was obvious that Vance had real experience making biscuits. He knew the importance of using cold butter, even frozen butter, a tip his great-grandmother had taught him. He also understood the technique of folding the dough to create layers, ensuring his biscuits were likely light and flaky.
At the end of the video, Vance was joined by his sons, Vivek and Ewan, while his wife, Usha, filmed the moment.
Vance doesn’t need to pretend to be normal—he simply is.
The video was a hit, with people including Elon Musk, co-head of DOGE, showing their appreciation.
This is the VP we always needed. https://t.co/XV3eovdmjw

Extra fun? The left was in meltdown mode, claiming he wasn’t likable.
How do you criticize a guy who shares such a heartwarming cooking video with his child? The reality is, he’s very likable—and honestly, many viewers found him quite attractive in the video as well. It’s a nice bonus on top of his intelligence. The video has garnered over 4 million views, with nearly everyone praising its wholesome nature. Democrats are already worried about him being a serious challenge for them in 2028, which is why they’re so upset about it.
