Hillary Clinton and ‘Hamilton’ Star Lin-Manuel Miranda Join Forces for Biden Fundraiser on Broadway

Hillary Clinton is throwing her full support behind Joe Biden for the 2024 election, and she’s enlisting the help of Broadway luminaries to do so.

As she gears up to debut her inaugural Broadway production as a producer, she’s teaming up with Lin-Manuel Miranda, the star of Hamilton, for a Broadway-themed fundraiser benefiting Biden’s reelection campaign.

Scheduled for April 3 in New York, the event will be co-hosted by Hillary Clinton and Lin-Manuel Miranda, with ticket prices ranging from $500 to $5,000, as detailed in an invitation obtained by Deadline. All proceeds will be directed towards the Biden Victory Fund and the Women’s Leadership Forum.

The fundraiser will showcase a performance from Hillary Clinton’s latest production, Suffs, a musical chronicling the suffragette movement. Noteworthy is its cast, which exclusively features women and gender “non-binary” performers.

Preview performances for Suffs are scheduled to commence on March 26 at the Music Box Theatre in New York, followed by its official opening on April 7.

Among the producers of this new musical is Hillary Clinton, marking her inaugural venture into Broadway production.

Suffs premiered in 2022 at the Public Theater in New York City.

This marks another Broadway fundraiser for Biden during the current election cycle.

As reported by Breitbart News, Broadway luminaries came together last year for a “Broadway for Biden” event, which included performances by Sara Bareilles, Cynthia Erivo, Josh Groban, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Ben Platt.
